These specific terms apply to the purchase and delivery of the Sovereign Love Map.

3.1 The Service

The Sovereign Love Map is a personalised coaching and reflective experience designed to explore relationship patterns, conditioning, and relational needs.

Your booking includes:

• A pre-session relationship questionnaire.

• A personalised written Sovereign Love Map informed by your questionnaire answers, natal astrology chart, and Human Design BodyGraph.

• A 60-minute private mapping session via Zoom.

• A recording of your session.

3.2 Scope & Limitations

Astrology and Human Design are used solely as interpretive and reflective tools. The service does not provide therapy, psychological treatment, medical advice, legal advice, crisis intervention, or specialist domestic abuse support. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and personal wellbeing. You must be at least 18 years old to book this service.

3.3 Booking, Questionnaire & 7-Day Lead Time

• Preparation of your Map requires a completed pre-session questionnaire (submitted via Tally) and accurate birth information (date, exact time, and location).

• You agree to complete the questionnaire within 48 hours of booking.

• Sessions should be booked at least 7 days after purchase to allow sufficient preparation time. Late, incomplete, or inaccurate information may delay your delivery or require session rescheduling.

• Subject to receiving the required information on time, your written Map will normally be delivered by email approximately 48 hours before your session.

3.4 Statutory Cancellation Rights & Request to Begin Work

• If you purchase online as a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of booking.

• Because the Sovereign Love Map requires personalised preparation prior to the live session, you will be asked at checkout (in TidyCal) to expressly request that work begin during the 14-day cancellation period.

• If you cancel during this period after preparation work has begun at your request, you may be required to pay a reasonable and proportionate amount for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

• Once your written digital Map has been fully delivered prior to your session, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel the digital content component may be lost as permitted by law.

3.5 Rescheduling & Late Cancellations

• You may reschedule your live session via your TidyCal booking link with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, will be treated as a late cancellation/missed session. In such cases, the session will be considered used and no refund or replacement appointment will be provided, except where required by law or agreed by me in exceptional circumstances.

3.6 Session Recording & AI Transparency

• Zoom sessions are recorded using Fathom AI for your personal reference and shared privately with you. If you prefer not to be recorded, please notify me prior to the session.

• Personal information provided in your questionnaire may be processed using selected AI-assisted digital tools to organise and analyse data during the preparation phase. All AI output is thoroughly reviewed, interpreted, and edited by me prior to final delivery.
