Done explaining away what you already know in love.
Love isn't the problem.
The conditioning we bring into it is.
Maybe you've already decided you're done. You deleted the apps, made peace with your own company, built a life that finally feels like yours. And still, somewhere in the quiet, not loudly, not in a way you'd necessarily say out loud, you would love to have someone beside you. But real love, mutual love, the kind that doesn't ask you to earn your place in it.
If that's you, you're in exactly the right place.
The Paradox of the Self-Aware Woman
This is for the woman who has gone to therapy, done the inner work, and still finds herself repeating the same relationship patterns. You know the language of attachment, understand your triggers, and can articulate your wounds beautifully. Yet, you still talk yourself out of what your body is telling you when you're standing inside a relationship.
You’re not confused about love.
You’re exhausted from overriding what you already know.
I work with widows, divorcees, long-term singles, and single mothers -independent midlife women who have built full lives and refuse to collapse themselves to fit into love. Women who are done performing independence while secretly craving intimacy, and done shrinking their fire to maintain connection.
From Grief to Sovereignty: My Story
That's the part I understand from the inside.
I was widowed at 37, left rebuilding a life I never planned to rebuild, raising two young boys while navigating a grief that rearranged everything I thought I knew about love and identity. Years later, when I re-entered dating in my 40s, I believed I was ready. I was competent, self-aware, emotionally intelligent.
And I kept walking straight back into the same patterns.
Not because I lacked knowledge, but because underneath my independence, an old survival strategy was still running everything: Earn love. Don't be too much. Keep it together. Don't end up alone.

What changed wasn't a better strategy.
What changed wasn't a better strategy.
It was the moment I stopped trying to manage love from the outside and started listening to what my body had been trying to tell me all along.
I stopped chasing intensity. I chose stability, alignment, and something I hadn't quite trusted before: genuine mutuality.
That shift led me to my husband and into a decade-long relationship that has continued to deepen through midlife transitions, identity shifts, and the realities of menopause. That is what I now guide women into.
The Three Foundations of Relational Sovereignty
Relational Sovereignty is the ability to remain fully yourself inside a relationship - to choose connection without losing your identity, overriding your instincts, or abandoning your truth to preserve the bond.
It is built on three absolute foundations:
Safety:
Without safety, attachment becomes chronic anxiety.
Alignment: Without alignment, chemistry becomes chaotic friction
Mutuality: Without mutuality, devotion becomes structural self-abandonment.
The SAVVY Love™ Method & Methodology
The way I work is through the SAVVY Love™ Method, a signature framework that helps you interrupt the conditioning shaping how you attach, reconnect to your internal self-trust, and discern partnership that is genuinely rooted in reciprocity.
My multi-disciplinary training spans coaching, attachment work, subconscious re-patterning, feminine leadership, NLP, EFT, hypnosis, Human Design, and goddess astrology. But the real authority behind this work isn't just certification. It's lived experience, integration, and evolution.
You are not too much. You are not too late. You are ready for something real.
Take Your Next Step

Frequently asked questions
Therapy is invaluable and I work alongside it, not instead of it. Traditional relationship coaching often focuses on communication skills, conflict resolution, and understanding your partner better. My work focuses on something prior to all of that: helping you restore trust in your own perception, discernment, and inner authority in love. I work with emotional conditioning, energetic wiring, Human Design, and astrology to help women understand not just what patterns they are repeating, but why those specific patterns were adaptive for their particular design, and what it looks and feels like to choose differently from embodied clarity rather than fear.
The Sovereign Love Audit is for emotionally intelligent women who already sense that something is off in love, in a current relationship, a pattern across relationships, or in the way they approach dating, but who keep overriding, explaining away, or second-guessing what they know. It is a private 1:1 session where we explore your unique relational patterns through the lenses of emotional conditioning, energetic wiring, Human Design, and astrology. You leave with clarity about where self-abandonment has been distorting your discernment, and a grounded sense of what love can feel like when it is built on mutuality rather than management. You can find full details on the offers page.
No. Women come to this work at every relational stage: actively dating, in long-term partnerships, navigating separation or divorce, recently out of a significant relationship, or simply recognising that the way they have related to love throughout their life needs to change. The common thread is not relationship status. It is the recognition that somewhere along the way, love started to cost them themselves, and that is no longer something they are willing to accept.
