THE ROMANTIC DECONDITIONING LAB
Founding Cohort · October 2026
For the self-aware woman over 40 who understands her patterns in love but still finds herself repeating them.
You already know what it looks like.
The moment you notice something that doesn't quite fit and then spend the next hour finding reasons why it probably doesn't mean what you think it means.
The way your needs become quietly more flexible the more attached you become.
The way you can hold so much compassion for his history, his fear, his complexity, that your own experience slips out of view entirely.
You're not confused because you can't see. You're confused because you've learned to distrust what seeing might require of you.
That's what this work is about.
What the Lab is
The Romantic Deconditioning Lab is a six-week live group programme for women who are done understanding their patterns intellectually and ready to change how they actually participate in love.
We work with the beliefs you've absorbed about relationships, that patience creates commitment, that chemistry signals compatibility, that his potential is a reason to keep investing, and we examine how those beliefs shape your choices in real time.
This isn't therapy and it isn't another round of self-improvement. It's structured, guided work on the specific moments where emotionally intelligent women override themselves in love, and it's designed to help you respond differently when it matters, in the actual conversations, choices and moments of uncertainty that shape your relationships.
What we cover across six weeks
Week one: The relationship model you inherited. Seeing the invisible script that shapes what you accept, what you excuse, and what you believe love requires of you.
Week two: The self-trust shift. Moving from "why didn't I see it" to "at what point did I stop trusting what I was seeing."
Week three: The red flag trap. Why becoming a better investigator of men doesn't solve the problem, and what evidence-led investment actually looks like.
Week four: Mutuality before investment. How to allow your emotional investment to grow at the same pace as the evidence, rather than ahead of it.
Week five: Staying on your own side. Practising the boundaries, questions and decisions you can actually follow through on when attachment makes them harder to honour.
Week six: Sovereign participation. Bringing it together into a way of choosing and relating that doesn't require you to abandon yourself to stay connected.
How it works
Six weekly teaching sessions and six group coaching calls, so you have time between sessions to apply what you're learning before bringing your real questions and experiences into the room.
The group will be small and intentional. Up to 15 women in the founding cohort, which means genuine depth, real conversation, and the experience of being witnessed by women who understand exactly what you're navigating.
You don't need to be actively dating to take part. Many of the women who need this work most are the ones who've stepped back from relationships entirely because they don't yet trust themselves inside one.

Is this for you?
This is for you if you're a self-aware woman over 40 who has done real work on yourself and still finds that love brings up the old patterns. If you can articulate exactly what you do in relationships and still find yourself doing it. If you understand your attachment style, your history, your tendencies, and still override yourself when it matters.
You don't need more insight. You need a structured space to practise doing it differently.
This is not for you if you're looking for dating strategies, advice on a specific man, or a programme that will tell you whether to stay or leave. This work doesn't make decisions for you. It helps you trust yourself enough to make them.
About Michaela
I'm Michaela Bosquet Lambert, Relational Sovereignty Strategist and creator of the SAVVY Love™ Method. My work sits at the intersection of relational psychology, cultural critique, and the specific experience of emotionally intelligent women who keep finding themselves in one-sided love.
I created the Lab because insight alone doesn't change the pattern. The moment of override, the moment you explain away what you already know, happens in the body, in real time, under the pressure of attachment. That's where the work needs to happen too.
The founding cohort opens October 23rd.
If you're on the waitlist, you'll receive your early bird access at £597 before the doors open publicly.
If you're not on the waitlist yet, join below. Founding cohort price when doors open publicly is £777.
